An industrialist with a vast experience in the chemicals and agrochemicals industries, Mr. Dipesh K. Shroff holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and Owners/President Management programme from Harvard Business School to his credit. He serves on the board of several companies including Excel Industries Limited, Transpek Industry Limited and TML Industries Limited. He also served as Managing Director of Excel Crop Care Limited from September, 2003 to October, 2016. He has been on the Board / Governing Body of numerous NGOs and Charitable organizations.
Mr. Chaitanya Shroff is a Science (Agriculture) graduate who has also completed 3TP for middle management from IIM, Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he served Excel Crop Care Limited as Chief Executive Officer where he oversaw manufacturing and operations at their Bhavnagar plant.
Mr. Harshal Gohil has been with the Group for close to a decade, having joined as a trainee. He is an MBA graduate from the Institute of Management, Nirma University and a Biotechnology graduate from Bharti Vidyapeeth.
Mrs. Preeti Shroff holds a degree in Arts (Sociology) from
Mithibai College, Mumbai and has completed the “Small and Medium Enterprise
Programme” (SMEP) at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has led varied
projects for Agrocel and coordinated with a select group of farmers for cultivation
of organic fiber.
She also serves as Chairperson of CC Shroff Self Help Centre – a charitable
organization since 1991.
She is associated with several other charitable organizations including Shroff
Foundation Trust. She also holds directorships on the Board of some private
companies and an LLP.
Mr. Jagdish Ramanlal Naik has degrees in B.Com. and F.C.A. and serves as an
independent non-executive director.
He also serves as Corporate Advisor at Excel Group, Transpek Silox Industry Limited
and Shah Granite Group of Companies.
He has a range of experiences in the fields of amalgamation, demergers, joint
ventures, business valuation, income tax and company law matters.
He was a partner in the highly- reputed chartered accountants’ firm- M/s S.V.
Ghatalia & Associates prior to joining the Shroff Group.
Additionally, he has served as a non-executive and non-independent director on the
board of many listed and unlisted companies, including Excel Crop Care Limited and
Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection Ltd.
Mr. Hrishit A. Shroff is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He has successfully completed an executive management course at Harvard Business School. He serves as Executive Director of Excel Industries Limited (Excel). Before joining Excel he was an Executive Director at Excel Crop Care Limited and has over 15 years of experience in agro chemicals industry and business management. Amongst others, he holds Directorship in Excel Bio Resources Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, MobiTrash Recycle Ventures Private Limited, Associate of the Company and Anshul Specialty Molecules Private Limited.
Mr. Ramchandra Neelkanth Bhogale, Chairman of Applied Innovation & Technology Group (AITG), is a Mechanical Engineer with the business experience of 40 plus years. He has worked in the field of Engineering, Finance and Banking, Hospital and Health care Industry Management. He has also contributed to the development of the region and led the Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA). He was also elected twice as the President of the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MACCIA)”. He has an impeccable reputation as an ethical businessman. He is well known amongst the society for his selfless and principle oriented advice.
Mr. Martin specializes in assisting private companies with
development and implementing growth implementation strategies, whilst creating the
management and governance structures to support that growth.
Currently, he is the Chairman of Bombora Advice Pty. Ltd., Managing Director of
consulting company Alto Nominees and Non-Executive Director of the RYCO Group of
companies in Australia.
Previously he held senior executive positions with the Linfox Group, Non-Executive
Director Excel Crop Care Ltd, CFO of Nufarm Ltd for 17 years and a director of all
its global subsidiaries including the publicly listed New Zealand based finance
company.
Mr. Shah is a practicing chartered accountant associated with the company for over two decades. He has immense experience in the areas of accounts, audit, finance, taxation, insurance, project finance and project management, forensic accounting, IT enabled solutions and company management.
Mr. Harsh Gupta is the Managing Director of Solaris Chemtech
Industries Limited. Prior to joining Solaris, Mr. Gupta was an entrepreneur who
contributed to the telecom revolution in India in the ‘90s.
He has over 28 years of expertise in diverse fields of leadership, entrepreneurship,
sales and marketing, and business strategy, across a wide range of industries like
chemicals, metals.
Mr. Gupta completed his primary education from The Doon School, Dehradun, following
which he studied Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Vassar College, New York, USA. He
received his MBA from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, USA.
While at Vassar, he was granted a Ford Foundation Scholarship for research in
economics and was honored with a membership to Omicron Delta Epsilon, an economics
honor society.
